Step 1: Precook your choice of meat in a large pot. Add 2 quarts cold water and contents of this package.
Step 2: Heat to a boil. Reduce heat.
Step 3: Simmer 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4: Serve with steamed rice.
