Step 1: In large pot, brown 5 tbsp. butter or margarine.
Step 2: Add contents of this package and 2 cups cold water.
Step 3: Stir well. When mixture thickens, reduce heat. Add 1lb crawfish tails or shrimp.
Step 4: Cook 15 min., turn off heat and let stand a few minutes. Serve with rice.
